Our Aim:

History projects can be challenging; we're here to lighten the load. We are honest and positive professionals whose first priority is always the interests of the children.

Adam: As a KS2 teacher I'm not into stuffy lectures, I have built my career around inspiring young minds with hands on and practical resources that will enable the children to embrace their inner historian.

Jo: I have worked in primary schools for such a long time and love seeing the excitement that children show during practical activities! The fact that I can provide this gives me great joy.

Matt: Having worked in educational settings for years, I truly understand the value of bringing History to life! Sharing my enthusiasm and knowledge of the past is a fabulous way to spend my day.

Testimonials

What My Clients Have to Say

I can’t recommend the Tudor Warfare Workshop highly enough! The resources were amazing and The History Guy's subject knowledge and grizzly details had the children captivated throughout, especially our boys. The imaginative writing that followed was amazing.

Jane  - Year 5 Teacher

The History Guy was great. I got to sit back when he did all the hard work for me. The kids were engaged and lapping up every word. The workshop has really made a positive impact in our follow up lessons.

Mr Sproson - Year 4 Teacher

Two of my children were in The History Guy's Castle Life workshop. I was amazed about how much they remembered. Months later, walking around Raglan Castle, they wouldn't stop throwing historical facts at me! He left them with a real passion.
