Our customers say...

I can’t recommend the Tudor Warfare Workshop highly enough! The resources were amazing and Adam’s subject knowledge and grizzly details had the children captivated throughout, especially our boys. The imaginative writing that followed was amazing.

The children have had a fantastic day with Adam learning all about the Stone Age. They have explored the human timeline, how to hunt a woolly mammoth, handled stone age artefacts, experienced how to be an archaeologist, made a stone age tool, took part in some archery and completed some cave paintings. Finally, they heard a story about Otzi the Ice Man. The children found it difficult to choose a favourite part of the day as they enjoyed it all so much.

There was a lot of content to the day which was fast paced and kept the children engaged. It was lovely to see them continuing with their excitement about the day during playtime when they created their own 'Stone Age' games. At the end of the day a number of children remarked "This has been the best day ever!" Thank you Adam for delivering such an inspiring workshop.

We couldn’t be more thrilled with our Roman activity day from Primary History Workshops. The communication in sorting out and setting up our day was fantastic and flexible. Right from the word go, nothing was too much hassle to make sure we had the most amazing day. When Matt arrived he was polite, courteous and supportive of all our needs making the day run smoothly throughout.

Primary schools are busy places, especially approaching Christmas, but Matt was able to tailor the day to work perfectly. The knowledge, skill and understanding that was shown was incredible, far greater than I’d have hoped for and it made for a massively immersive and interactive day that the kids (and the teachers) really enjoyed.

They’re still talking about it and will be for a long time I’m certain! Thanks so much to Matt and the team for such a great day, we’ll be in touch for the next one!

The  WW2 workshop was jam-packed with information and hand-on activities. Having real artefacts and physical activities really benefitted our children and made it very real for them. I particularly enjoyed the story based on William H; the children were so engaged in this and still talk about his experiences in our History lessons.

Children are using subject based vocabulary more regularly and accurately. More importantly, every single child has a genuine interest in the subject and this is evident in their books and in their conversations!

It was a really great, engaging and interactive day with so much learning happening - for me too. From the very moment the children entered the hall to be greeted by Anubis, they were engaged, immersed and enthralled.

The variety of activities the children could interact and engage with was vast - from dressing up as a Pharoah or a peasant, to recreating a map of Egypt from materials; from being detectives answering questions to conducting an archaeological dig; from archery to reed drawing.

Each activity was well resourced, the range of artefacts was extensive and Jo's knowledge was extensive. A wonderful day never to forget.

From start to finish, the Viking Workshop Day was fantastic. Initial booking was excellent as the administration staff did everything possible to make this easy and efficient, going out of their way to find a time that suited us best.

The day itself was terrific. Adam had the children enthralled and his years of teaching experience were evident in the passionate way he delivered the day and his wonderful manner with the children.

All the resources and activities were outstanding and of excellent quality.  There really was something for everyone to enjoy with so much to learn, and experience all of which was tailored to the year group and children taking part.

I would not hesitate to recommend Adam and the rest of the team. The children are still taking about the experience with one saying, “That was the best day ever!” Thank you for a superb, fully immersive experience delivered in an extremely professional manner.
